These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of navagtm.com (the “Website”), operated by 1817564 Canada Inc., operating as Nava GTM (“Nava GTM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about Nava GTM, our services, experience, approach, and potential engagement models. Its content is for general informational and business-development purposes only.

Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

2. No Client Relationship

Visiting the Website, submitting an inquiry, sending us an email, or booking or participating in an introductory call does not by itself create a client, agency, partnership, fiduciary, employment, or other professional relationship between you and Nava GTM.

Any services provided by Nava GTM will be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other engagement document agreed between Nava GTM and the client. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement governing services, the signed agreement governs those services.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful information, but we do not guarantee that Website content is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Descriptions of services, methodologies, capabilities, outcomes, pricing structures, examples, or other information may change without notice.

Examples, case studies, illustrations, projections, testimonials, and descriptions of past work are provided for information only and do not guarantee any particular result.

4. Pricing and Proposals

Any pricing or engagement information on the Website is general information and is not a binding offer. The scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, performance components, assumptions, and other commercial terms of an engagement will be established separately in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1817564 Canada Inc., Nava GTM, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your access to or use of—or inability to access or use—the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising solely from your use of the Website will not exceed CAD $100.

These exclusions and limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Website Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. We are not liable if any part of the Website is unavailable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Website will show its effective date. Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Subject to applicable law, any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website will be submitted to the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you attorn to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Nava GTM concerning use of the Website. They do not replace any separate agreement governing services provided by Nava GTM.
